SARAH MCGUIRE - Kingston Fitness General Manager

PERSONAL TRAINER, NUTRITION SPECIALIST & GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

As the Fitness Manager at Kingston Fitness I work with our incredible staff on making sure every individual who comes through our doors are well taken care of.  Whether it is for a daily routine workout, attending one of our awesome group exercise classes, individualized training with one of our experienced personal trainers, or just visiting.  I, myself have been through the weight loss  journey where I fell in love with the Fitness and Nutrition World.  As a Certified Personal Trainer and  Nutrition Specialist I have developed Individualized and Group Exercise Programs along with Nutritional Lifestyle Transformation Programs to assist you in your Wellness Goals.

ZOE POULAKIS, FITNESS COORDINATOR

Zoe joined Kingston Fitness in April of 2019. She is enjoying getting to know all of our members and looks forward to greeting you at the front desk and assisting you welcoming you to Kingston Fitness

JESSA LEE, FITNESS COORDINATOR

Willow joined Kingston Fitness in June of 2020.  Jessa has been a loyal member of Kingston Fitness.  Jessa, has loved working out at Kingston Fitness while working towards personal goals., so much she joined us as a team member.  She is happy to assist you with questions or fitness information at our front desk.  

 

LAUREN FOX, FITNESS COORDINATOR

Lauren joined Kingston Fitness in February 2020.  She is currently a Senior at Kingston High School and has lived in Kingston her whole life.  I am sure many of you know her so please stop by the desk and say hello.  

 

MICHAEL MACFADDEN, FITNESS COORDINATOR

Michael joined Kingston Fitness in March 2020.  He is a resident of Kingston and enjoys photography.  Michael is at the front desk ready to assist you with any information or questions you may have.

Julie is ISSA certified. As the mother of four, Julie understands the challenges of achieving weight loss, fitness goals and the work involved in getting back in shape. ALEX HUST

CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER  & GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Alex is NASM Certified Personal Trainer.  She found fitness during a time of sedentary. Alex was diagnosed with a chronic illness and needed fitness. She wanted to gain higher energy levels and improve my health. Five years since she began her workout journey, fitness has become more than a necessity for Alex, it’s become her passion. It’s more than just a great way to lose weight or to look great, but a life enhancement. Fitness is of key importance to manage and improve chronic conditions, pain, sleep, energy and so much more.
