As the Fitness Manager at Kingston Fitness I work with our incredible staff on making sure every individual who comes through our doors are well taken care of.  Whether it is for a daily routine workout, attending one of our awesome group exercise classes, individualized training with one of our experienced personal trainers, or just visiting.  I, myself have been through the weight loss  journey where I fell in love with the Fitness and Nutrition World.  As a Certified Personal Trainer and  Nutrition Specialist I have developed Individualized and Group Exercise Programs along with Nutritional Lifestyle Transformation Programs to assist you in your Wellness Goals.

Zoe joined Kingston Fitness in April of 2019. She is enjoying getting to know all of our members and looks forward to greeting you at the front desk and assisting you welcoming you to Kingston Fitness

Jessa joined Kingston Fitness in March of 2020.  Jessa has been a loyal member of Kingston Fitness.  She loved working out at Kingston Fitness while working towards personal goals, so much she joined us as a team member.  She is happy to assist you with questions or fitness information at our front desk.

Julie is ISSA certified. As the mother of four, Julie understands the challenges of achieving weight loss, fitness goals and the work involved in getting back in shape.
