LIFE LONG FITNESS & HEALTH
Participate in a leading fitness program for aging adults or those who need a lower impact exercise program. Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are provided for resistance, while a chair is used for seated exercises and/or standing support.

STAY ACTIVE & INDEPENDENT
Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is an evidence-based strength, balance and fitness program for aging adults. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness are the single most important activity that adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the SAIL Program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses can also be done standing using a chair for support. ... Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.
