Barbell with Weights

Using a barbell or dumbbells you can progress from light to moderate to heavy weights.  You will get a total body workout.  You’ll leave feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Wake up early or join our mid morning one hour class. For lower intensity we offer a 45 minute Low Impact class.  Our unique fusion of fitness and fun will have your heart pumping in no time. Among its many benefits, participating helps improve coordination, reaction time, and memory.

FULL BODY TONE & CARDIO

Join us for this one hour class and train your way to a healthy body and mind. These techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of coordination and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. SENIOR FITNESS

LIFE LONG FITNESS & HEALTH

Participate in a leading fitness program for aging adults or those who need a lower impact exercise program.  Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are provided for resistance, while a chair is used for seated exercises and/or standing support.

STAY ACTIVE & INDEPENDENT

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is an evidence-based strength, balance and fitness program for aging adults. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness are the single most important activity that adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the SAIL Program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly.

CHAIR YOGA

STRETCH & REJEUVINATE

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses can also be done standing using a chair for support. ... Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.

Pilates Practice at the Studio

MAT PILATES

COME GET GROUNDED

Improve posture and restore natural muscular balance.  Achieve core strength, flexibility and neuromuscular control of key muscle groups.  Reduce stress and increase stamina.  Class is offered by Kitsap Physical Therapy.
