It is Kitsap Physical Therapy’s goal to provide members with wellness programs which keep them moving forward, decrease their dependency on medicine and adopt exercise as a lifestyle. We’ve designed a number of classes for people at all levels. If you want to go far, we’ll get you there. Pick and choose the classes that you like, when it best fits your schedule.

LIFE LONG FITNESS & HEALTH
A well-rounded class focusing on cardiorespiratory endurance, balance, strength, and flexibility. These classes keep our participants independently functioning and are helpful in preventing disease and falls. A chair is used for seated exercises and/or standing support.

A monthly program designed for the special needs of low back patients/clients who are interested in a safe and effective way to eliminate or reduce their low back pain while gaining the benefit of core strength, flexibility, and balance.

CARDIAC CONDITIONING
A monitored exercise class to ensure that cardiac patients safely and gradually increase their activity and exercise levels. Benefits include improved physical fitness and energy, increased heart strength, weight loss, reduced blood pressure, better quality of life and more.
STRENGTH AFTER CANCER
A comprehensive program to empower patients diagnosed with cancer to maintain and improve their quality of life. The emphasis is on using movement as medicine for prevention, treatment, and mitigation of common adverse side effects of cancer.
